Sept 8 (Reuters) - Stolt-Nielsen Ltd  SNI.OL  
    * Completes issuance of bonds 
    * Successful placement of senior unsecured bonds in nordic 
bond market with a total amount of usd 175 million in a new 
5-year bond issue 
    * Fixed coupon of 6.375% 
    * Placement was oversubscribed 
    * Settlement date for bonds will be september 21, 2017 and 
maturity date will be september 21, 2022 
    * Danske bank, dnb markets, nordea and swedbank acted as 
joint lead managers for bond issue
