    * Says may issue a 5-year senior unsecured bond issue 
    * Says has mandated Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea and   
Swedbank to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings  
    * Says main purpose of a potential bond issue would be to 
refinance "SNI03" (ISIN NO0010640774) maturing in March of 2018
