Nov 17 (Reuters) - Stolt-Nielsen Ltd  SNI.OL  
    * Drew Holding Ltd, a company affiliated with Tor Olav 
Troim, member of the board in Stolt-Nielsen Ltd, bought 50,000 
shares in the company at an average price of NOK 101,75 per  
share on Nov 16 
    * Following this transaction, Tor Olav Troim and  
affiliated companies own a total of 50,000 shares in  
Stolt Nielsen Ltd.
