    ** Co raises FY2024 adjusted EPS forecast range to $0.03 to
$0.07 from prior view of $0.01 to $0.05
    ** Reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.01 vs loss of $0.04 in Q2
    ** "We returned to non-GAAP profitability in the third
quarter, overcoming ongoing revenue pressures, further
demonstrating the effective execution of our business plan by
our entire team," says Dr. Yoav Zeif, chief executive officer 
    ** Including session's gains, stock down 41.25%
