Stratasys shares jump after Nano Dimension's buyout offer

** Shares of 3D printing solutions company Stratasys
 SSYS.O  up 11% at $14.55 premarket
    ** Biggest shareholder Nano Dimension  2N5By.F  offers to
buy SSYS for $16.50 per share for the remaining stake
    ** Israel's Nano Dimension had a 14% stake in SSYS as of
July 31, per LSEG data
    ** Offer is priced at 25.9% premium to stock's closing price
on Friday
    ** In September, SSYS merged with Desktop Metals  DM.N , an
all-stock deal valued at about $1.8 bln
    ** SSYS shares have risen in the past six consecutive weeks;
stock up 10.5% YTD
