U.S. stock index futures kicked off the last week of the year on a positive note
on Tuesday as markets resumed trading after Christmas holidays amid strong
expectations of early rate cuts by the Federal Reserve next year.  .N 
    
    At 7:05 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.07% at 37,766. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.09% at 4,809.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.14%
at 17,003.
