** Shares of Strategic Elements Ltd  SOR.AX  soar as much as
21.2% to A$0.20 - stock to mark best day since May 11 if gains
hold
    ** Pooled development fund co says its 100%-owned co Stealth
Technologies signed agreement with U.S.-based Honeywell  HON.O 
to progress commercialisation of autonomous security vehicles

    ** Says a pilot deployment programme will be conducted to
obtain insights into perimeter security benefits of robotic
automation and autonomous vehicles
    ** Adds Stealth will engage with Honeywell for customers in
telecommunications and defence industries in Australia, New
Zealand and other countries as agreed 
    ** About 1.7 mln shares change hands, 3.1 times the 30-day
average of 549,251 shares 
    ** Stock had fallen 37.7% this year, as of last close
