** Mineral explorer executes joint venture agreement with Sumitomo Metal Mining Oceania Pty (SMMO) at Bulimba Gold Project

** Says SMMO can earn up to 80% interest through A$6 mln (~$4 mln) expenditure; up to 90% through completion of definitive feasibility study

** Sees minimum A$600,000 JV expenditure commitment in first 12 months
