HALF YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT

 

FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2022

 

 

 

The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship
L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the interim condensed
consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2022.

 

 

HIGHLIGHTS

 

·    Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and
share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 121.105 million, AED
135.68 million and AED 36.243 million respectively for the period ended 30
June 2022.

 

·    Profit for the period ended 30 June 2022 amounted to AED 115.849
million.

 

·    As of 30 June 2022, the Company's total equity was AED 9,512 million.

 

·    Financial Summary for the reported period is as follows:
