Results of General Meeting

Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the global leader in the design, manufacture and
supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving
water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration,
is pleased to announce that the following resolution was duly passed at the
Company's General Meeting which was held today at 9.00am at the offices
of the Company at Forrest House, Ronaldsway, Isle of Man, IM9 2RG.

The number of votes for and against the Resolution put before the General
Meeting, as well as the number of votes withheld, were as follows:

 Tender Offer Resolution  61,112,143  99.37%         386,120        0.63%              61,498,263   26.75%                                   23,692

 *A "Vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the percentage of shares voted "For" or "Against" any
resolution.

The Tender Offer closes today at 1.00pm. The Company expects to make a
further announcement in respect of the results of the Tender Offer on 5 May
2026.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined, have
the same meanings as set out in the Company's announcement on 9 April 2026.
