April 25 (Reuters) - Studsvik AB  SVIK.ST : 
    * Studsvik and Kobe Steel, Ltd  5406.T  announces the 
creation of a new Japanese joint venture company focused on 
delivering design, engineering and implementation to provide 
radioactive waste management solutions to the Japanese nuclear 
industry 
    * A Japanese company, with shareholding of 51 pct Kobe Steel 
and 49 pct Studsvik, will be formed to carry out the joint 
venture's business 
    * Studsvik says joint venture will significantly enhance 
delivery capability and commitment of both companies to 
implement a range of waste management solutions
