STV Group plc was notified by Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, the Trustee of the STV Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 28 November 2018, the Trust completed the purchase of 65,353 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company at an average share price of £3.791 per share.
 
The Trust holds shares for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the executive directors and the shares will be used to satisfy awards made under the Company's share schemes.
 
The Trust now holds 1,191,066 ordinary shares representing 3.04% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company's total issued share capital consists of 39,192,137 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with one voting right per share.
