Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 STV Group plc (the "Company") released its Preliminary Announcement of annual
 results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 11 March 2025.  Further to the
 Preliminary Announcement, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
 December 2024 ('2024 Annual Report and Accounts') and the Notice of the 2025
 Annual General Meeting ('2025 Notice of AGM') are available to shareholders.

 As required by DTR 6.3.5R(3), the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and 2025
 Notice of AGM in unedited full text are available on the Company's corporate
