The following share awards were granted today, 11 March 2022, at a price of
320 pence per ordinary share (the closing share price on 10 March 2022):
2022 Long-term Incentive Plan
A total of 471,267 conditional nil cost share awards of 50p each under the STV
Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which was approved by shareholders
on 29 April 2021. These were awarded to a total of nine employees, including
two executive directors as follows:
Simon Pitts, Chief Executive 134,937 shares
Lindsay Dixon, Chief Financial Officer 75,758 shares
This plan will vest in three years subject to the continued employment of the
participants and the satisfaction of the undernoted performance conditions and
will be released following a further holding period of two years from the
vesting date:

A total of 97,286 ordinary shares were granted to a total of seven employees
who are participants in the 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan, including two executive
directors as detailed below. This plan was approved by shareholders on 29
April 2021. The shares will be released following a three-year holding period
and subject to the continued employment of the participants.
