The following share awards were granted today, 17 March 2023, at a price of
252 pence per ordinary share (the closing share price on 16 March 2023):
2023 Long-term Incentive Plan
A total of 609,473 conditional nil cost share awards of 50p each were granted
under the STV Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). This plan was
approved by shareholders on 29 April 2021. These were awarded to a total of
eight employees, including two executive directors as follows:
Simon Pitts, Chief Executive 172,142 shares
Lindsay Dixon, Chief Financial Officer 96,994 shares
This plan will vest in three years subject to the continued employment of the
participants and the satisfaction of the undernoted performance conditions and
will be released following a further holding period of two years from the
vesting date:

A total of 61,637 ordinary shares were granted to a total of seven employees
who are participants in the 2022 Deferred Bonus Plan, including two executive
directors as detailed below. This plan was approved by shareholders on 29
April 2021. The shares will be released following a three-year holding
period:
Simon Pitts, Chief Executive 24,160 shares
Lindsay Dixon, Chief Financial Officer 11,424 shares
