STV GROUP PLC is pleased to announce that Simon Pitts, Chief Executive, and
Lindsay Dixon, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation
giving an Overview of the recent Greenbird Media Acquisition via Investor Meet
Company on 18th July 2023 at 2:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions

9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
