 Updated Dividend Record Date

 On 9 March 2022, the Company announced its final results for the year ended 31
 December 2021, which included the dividend record date.

 The Company announces that the previously advised record date for the declared
 final dividend of 7.3p has been amended to 19 April 2022.

 All other details set out in the 9 March 2022 results announcement remain
 unchanged.
