Nov 23 (Reuters) - C Y Foundation Group Ltd  1182.HK : 
 * Says entered into two agreements with XT and TMM respectively 
 * Agreement for provision of racing system for use by XT and TMM for purpose of conducting their corresponding racing business in Vietnam 
 * Says estimated that the fee receivable by the group from XT would be not less than USD1.90 million every year 
 * Expected that total revenue brought by agreement would be not less than USD19.04 million and USD27.08 million, respectively
