    * Group has reached a mutual agreement with of ses, xt and 
tmm to terminate respective agreements with effect from 28 june 
2017 
    * Board estimated operating loss incurred for approximately 
hk$40 million for financial year ended 31 march 2017 
    * Estimated that group will record one off impairment loss 
on property, plant and equipment of about hk$70 million
