Oct 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:

** Thermo Fisher TMO.N said it would buy privately held data management company Clario for up to $9.4 billion, strengthening its clinical trial research business amid a strong rebound in demand in the U.S.

** Investment banking giant Morgan Stanley MS.N said it will buy private shares platform EquityZen, as Wall Street races to meet growing investor demand for stakes in fast‑growing startups.

** Jamf  said that private equity firm Francisco Partners has agreed to take the device management software maker private in an all-cash deal valued at $2.2 billion, sending its shares up over 15% in premarket trading.

** Japan's Sumitomo Corp <8053.T> said it would spend about 881.7 billion yen ($5.85 billion) to turn SCSK <9719.T>, an IT service company, into a wholly owned subsidiary.

** Japanese technology group NEC <6701.T> will pay about $2.89 billion to acquire U.S.-based telecoms and broadband software company CSG Systems , it said.

** Chinese private equity firm Boyu Capital has emerged as the frontrunner to buy a controlling stake in Starbucks'  China business in a deal that could value the unit at more than $4 billion, Bloomberg News said on Tuesday.

** Argentina's state-run oil company YPF YPFDm.BA said on Tuesday it has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Refinor from Hidrocarburos del Norte for $25.2 million.

** Nvidia  will pay $1 billion for a stake of 2.9% in Nokia  as part of a deal focused on AI and data centers, the Finnish telecom equipment maker said on Tuesday as its shares hit their highest level in nearly a decade.
