Canada's Sun Life buys remaining stakes in BGO, Crescent Capital
March 30 (Reuters) - Canada's Sun Life Financial SLF.TO said on Monday it had completed the acquisition of remaining stakes it did not already own in BGO and Crescent Capital.
Sun Life has paid C$1.59 billion ($1.14 billion) for the remaining 44% interest stake in BGO and C$829 million for the remaining 49% stake in Crescent.
