UK Stocks-Factors to watch on March 12 (updated)

March 12 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.14%.

* M&G: M&G MNG.L reported flat annual profit and reiterated its 2027 financial targets.

* ENERGEAN: Energean ENOG.L said it will acquire Chevron's CVX.N interests in two offshore Angola oil blocks for a base consideration of $260 million.

* ON THE BEACH GROUP: On The Beach Group OTB.L temporarily suspended its annual profit outlook, citing a slowdown in holiday demand in destinations near the Middle East.

* TP ICAP: TP ICAP TCAPI.L posted a 3.6% rise in annual pre-tax profit, benefitting from highly volatile markets in the year.

* INFORMA: Informa INF.L reported a 15% rise in annual profit, driven by strong performance in its live business events business.

* JOHN LEWIS: John Lewis Partnership reported a 6% rise in full-year profit and said it would pay its staff a bonus for the first time in four years.

* SAVILLS: Savills SVS.L said it would acquire real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured for an enterprise value of $1.1 billion.

* OFWAT: Water regulator Ofwat proposed a 44.7 million pound ($59.81 million) enforcement package for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water.

* REVOLUT: Revolut, Europe's most valuable start-up, said it had received regulatory approval to launch a British bank.

* HSBC: Allianz SE ALVG.DE and Sun Life Financial SLF.TO are considering bids for HSBC's HSBA.L Singapore insurance unit after the bank launched a strategic review of the business, according to Bloomberg News.

* CAPRICORN ENERGY: Capricorn Energy CNE.L said it has received multiple non-binding proposals from Alamadiyaf al-Masiyyah, for a possible all-cash takeover.

* HOUSING MARKET: UK's housing market has lost steam as demand faded from buyers concerned about the implications of the Middle East conflict.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices rose, gold fell and aluminium extended gains.

* EX-DIVS: HSBC Holdings HSBA.L, Anglo American AAL.L, Schroders SDR.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out on Thursday.
