    * San Marco to carry out a C$1.26 million private placement 
    * San Marco resources - arranging placement to raise gross 
proceeds of up to C$ 1.26 million through sale of up to 7 
million units in co at price of $0.18 per unit 
    * San Marco Resources - up to approximately $800,000 of 
gross proceeds from offering will be used to continue 
exploration work on company's properties
