Services Holdings Ltd  1516.HK  jump 11% to HK$4.84, their
biggest daily pct gain since March 17
    ** Stock sixth-biggest gainer in Hang Seng Composite Index
on properties and construction stocks  .HSCIPC  
    ** Property developer Sunac China-backed  1918.HK  company
says its 2021 revenue jumped 70.9% to 7.9 bln yuan ($1.24 bln),
with profit surging 113.9% to 1.28 bln yuan; proposes a final
dividend of 0.124 yuan per share vs 2020 final dividend of 0.058
