As of July 31, 2022, the outstanding GDRs issued by the Company, The ISIN's of
the GDRs (Reg S & Rule 144A), listing on the London Stock Exchange were
174,938 units (representing 349,876 common shares). In order to reduce the
related administration costs, the Board of Directors resolved to terminate the
GDR program and to delist from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
