** Battery raw materials supplier receives commitments to raise A$46 million ($29.99 million) at an issue price of A$4.25 per share

** Issue price represents a 2.2% premium to the stock's last close

** Funds will be used to start pre-construction activities at the Syerston Scandium project, New South Wales, Australia

** Stock has risen more than 19 times in value so far this year
