ANNUAL REPORT TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2024

AND NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Sunrise Resources plc announces that the full version of the Annual Report for
the year ended 30 September 2024 and the Notice of the 2025 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") has now been published on the Company's website at:

A letter or email, depending on individual preference, has been sent to
registered shareholders to notify them of the publication of the Annual Report

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 13 March 2025 at Arundel
House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG.

 

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be
