ANNUAL REPORT TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

AND NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Sunrise Resources plc announces that the full version of the Annual Report for
the year ended 30 September 2025 and the Notice of the 2026 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") has now been published on the Company's website at:

A letter or email, depending on individual preference, has been sent to
registered shareholders to notify them of the publication of the Annual Report
and Notice.

 

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 25 March 2026 at
Mottram Hall, Wilmslow Road, Mottram, Cheshire SK10 4QT, in the Charlton Room
and Hub Lounge.

 

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be
found starting on page 60 of the Annual Report at the link above.
