Issue of Convertible Security

 

The Company hereby announces that on 6 December 2022 it has issued a
convertible security with the nominal value of £200,000 at the purchase price
of £200,000 pursuant to, and on and subject to the terms and conditions set
out in, the investment agreement dated 29 November 2022, the details of which
were disclosed to the market on 30 November 2022.
