** Shares of Australia's Sunstone Metals  STM.AX  climb as
much as 47.83% to A$0.034 after co finds gold and copper at
Ecuador project; stock hits highest since July 29, 2019
    ** Miner says initial testing at its El Palmar project in
Ecuador confirm it is a significant gold-copper discovery

    ** Sunstone is in the process of acquiring a full stake in
the project, has met all obligations to move to 51% ownership -
STM
    ** Stock set for biggest intra-day percentage jump since
March 24, 2020

average of about 6.8 mln shares 
    ** STM up 64.29% far this year as of Wednesday's close
