BENGALURU, Oct 4 (Reuters) - UK's struggling fashion retailer Superdry SDRY.L on Wednesday signed a joint venture with Reliance Brands Holding UK for the sale of its intellectual property assets in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh for 40 million pounds ($48.27 million).
