UK retailer Superdry's restructuring plan receives court approval
June 17 (Reuters) - Britain's Superdry SDRY.L received
court approval for its restructuring strategy on Monday in an
effort to keep the fashion retailer from going into
administration, the company said.
The court sanction comes as the company's independent
directors on Friday approved a proposed fundraising to help
turnaround the company's finances.
