Director declaration

Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) announces in accordance with Listing
Rule 9.6.14 that Sapna Shah, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of BlackRock Greater
Europe Investment Trust plc, with effect from 12 December 2023.
