Supermarket Income REIT plc is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on investing in grocery properties. The principal activity of the Company and its subsidiaries is to provide its shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of supermarket real estate assets in the United Kingdom. It focuses on grocery stores, which are omnichannel, fulfilling online and in-person sales. It has built a portfolio of omnichannel supermarkets, diversified both by geography and tenant. Its properties are mission critical to its grocery tenants, operating as key online fulfilment hubs as well as generating in store physical sales. The Company's investment adviser is Atrato Capital Limited.
