Limited, a PCA of Steve Peter Windsor acquired 117,398 Ordinary Shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Steve Peter
Windsor hold 393,260 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Steve
Peter Windsor and persons closely associated hold a total of 1,436,884
Ordinary Shares in the Company.
