Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 29 June 2023, Nick Hewson,
Chairman and Non Executive Director of the Company acquired 169,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the above purchase of shares, Nick Hewson holds 1,256,172 Ordinary
Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Nick Hewson hold
66,998 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together Nick Hewson and closely
associated persons hold a total of 1,323,170 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
