** The real estate co applies for building permissions for phased development on Panvel land parcels

** Co estimates gross development value of proposed projects to exceed 25 billion rupees ($283.7 million)

** More than 987,000 shares traded, 13.5 times their 30-day avg

** Stock down ~3% since listing in February
