    ** Co's unit signs power purchase agreement for 25 years
with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co 
    ** Agreement for 54 MW capacity solar photovoltaic power
generating stations project, to be set up at estimated cost of
1.9 bln rupees ($22.4 mln) 
    ** SURN up ~56% YTD
