** Shares of Surefire Resources Nl  SRN.AX  rise as much as
22.2% to A$0.011, highest level since Dec. 14  
    ** Mineral explorer signs non-binding memorandum of
understanding (MOU) with Saudi Arabia based Ajlan & Bros Mining
and Metals 
    ** Says MOU for further development of the co's Victory Bore
Vanadium Project in Western Australia 
    ** Says under MOU, will parties will negotiate binding
agreements for establishment of a joint venture for the
development of the Victory Bore Vanadium Project, among others 
    ** Stock on track for their best day since Jan. 5, if gains
hold 
    ** About 8.4 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 3.7 mln shares 
    ** Stock declined 29.2% in 2023
