    * Says it will set up a Tokyo-based JV named ES-Link Co Ltd
with
EPS Holdings Inc  4282.T , on Oct. 1  
    * Says the JV will be engaged in BPO (Business Process
Outsourcing) total coordination proposal, post-marketing  survey
and remote detail service development 
    * Says the JV will be capitalized at 30 million yen 
    * Says the company and EPS Holdings Inc will hold 49 percent
and
51 percent stake in the JV respectively
