Award of Shares 
 
Sylvania Platinum Limited today announces that it has awarded a total of 75,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") out of shares held in Treasury, to the three Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
All three of the awards are to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") as defined in the Market Abuse Regulations ("MAR") and were awarded as follows:

Following the above transaction and as of the date of this report, the Company's issued share capital amounts to 286,845,657 Ordinary Shares of which a total of 15,125,273 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Sylvania is 271,720,384 Ordinary Shares.
