Notice of Results and Production Update

 

 

Sylvania Platinum Limited (AIM: SLP) confirms it will announce its Fourth
Quarter Report in late July 2022 and its Final Results for the year ended 30
June 2022 on Thursday, 8 September 2022.

 

Final results analyst presentation

 

The Company will be hosting an analyst presentation for its Final Results on
the day at 09:30 BST; analysts are encouraged to register their interest by
emailing  sylvania@almapr.co.uk (mailto:sylvania@almapr.co.uk) .

 

Investor presentation

 

Sylvania's CEO Jaco Prinsloo and CFO Lewanne Carminati will also host a live
investor presentation, via the Investor Meet Company platform, on 8 September
2022 at 12:00 BST.

 

The presentation will be open to all existing and potential shareholders.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 09.00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.

Production Update

 

The Group is pleased to report a strong finish to its financial year and has
achieved the mid-range of its target production of 66,000 to 68,000 ounces for
FY2022.

 

The Board is aware of sector wide headwinds impacting the wider market and
carefully monitors macro-level trends to ensure that they can be carefully
navigated. Domestically, it also notes the challenges created by loadshedding
implemented by the National Power Utility, however the Group's performance in
the full year highlights that it has not impacted production across the
Sylvania Dump Operations.

 

Grasvally Sale Update

 

The Company is pleased to report that all of the conditions precedent for the
sale of 100% of the shares in, and claims against Grasvally Chrome Mine (Pty)
Ltd to Forward Africa Mining (Pty) Ltd ("FAM") have been fulfilled and the
sale became unconditional as of 8 July 2022.
