Result of Annual General Meeting

 

 

29 November 2021

 

 

Sylvania (AIM: SLP) today confirms that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held on Friday 26 November 2021, the dividend in the amount of 4.0
pence per Ordinary Share of $0.01 was declared payable on 3 December 2021 to
Members of record as at 29 October 2021.

 

The Directors of Sylvania advise that the following ordinary resolutions, as
set out in the Notice of Meeting and placed before shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held in Bermuda on 26 November 2021, were
passed on a poll as follows:

(platinum, palladium and rhodium) with operations located in South Africa. The
Sylvania Dump Operations (SDO) comprises six chrome beneficiation and PGM
