Result of Annual General Meeting

 
 

Sylvania (AIM: SLP) today confirms that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held on Friday 25 November 2022, the dividend in the amount of 8.0
pence per Ordinary Share of $0.01 was declared payable on 2 December 2022 to
Members of record as at 28 October 2022.

 

The Directors of Sylvania advise that the following ordinary resolutions, as
set out in the Notice of Meeting and placed before shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held in Bermuda on 25 November 2022, were
passed on a poll as follows:
