Share Buyback Programme Update
With reference to the Share Buyback Programme ("Programme") announced on 21 August 2017, the Company announces that as at Friday 22 September 2017, a total of 387,042 Ordinary $0.01 Shares ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased from non-UK shareholders at a price of A$0.1619 per Ordinary Share.
Ordinary Shares bought back in accordance with this Programme will be held in treasury to be cancelled on completion of the Programme.
Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital is 297,981,896 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 9,991,177 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Sylvania is 287,990,719 Ordinary Shares.
