The Company hereby announces that, on 10 October 2017, 3,333,011 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased by the Company at 10.25 pence per Ordinary Share, and will be cancelled immediately.
Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital will be 294,648,885 Ordinary Shares of which a total of 10,575,967 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shareswith voting rights in Sylvania is 284,072,918 Ordinary Shares.
