    ** The South Africa-focused producer of platinum groups
metals says its unit Sylvania Metals has entered into JV
agreement with Limberg Mining, unit of ChromTech Mining Co Ltd
    ** SLPL says JV to process PGM and chrome ores from tailing
dumps and current arisings from Limberg Chrome Mine in South
Africa
    ** Co says JV will trade and operate under name Thaba Joint
Venture
    ** Shares set to post best day since April 2020, if trend
holds 
    ** Stock currently up 7.5%, trimming YTD losses to about 30%
