Director/PDMR Dealings - Bed and ISA

The Company has been notified that Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Office of
the Company, performed a "Bed & ISA" transfer of Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his share dealing account into
his ISA.

Details of the transaction are shown in the PDMR notification below.

Following the transfers Michael Laurier's beneficial interests remain
unchanged at 26,424,316 Ordinary Shares which equates to 11.18% of the total
issued share capital of the Company
