SYMPHONY ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC
(the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
On 16 January 2019, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Michael Stephen, Commercial Director and Deputy Chairman of the Company, carried out 'Bed and ISA' transfers of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from their share dealing accounts into their respective ISAs.
Michael Stephen also transferred Ordinary Shares to his wife's ISA.
Details of the transactions are shown in the PDMR notifications below.
Following the transfers, Michael Laurier remains beneficially interested in 23,424,510 Ordinary Shares which equates to 15.18 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company and Michael Stephen remains beneficially interested in 1,352,176 Ordinary Shares which equates to 0.88 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.  The beneficial holdings of each of Michael Laurier and Michael Stephen and the respective persons closely associated with them, are unchanged following these transactions.
