It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected
passing of our dear colleague, fellow Director, friend, and our Audit
Committee Chairman, Mr. Rajiv Luthra.

 

Mr. Luthra was an invaluable asset to our organization, a dedicated board
member who served Symphony with his exceptional analytical acumen, tireless
dedication, and unwavering commitment to the job. His larger-than-life
presence, coupled with his remarkable ability to simplify the most complex
issues, set him apart as a leader and left an indelible mark on all who had
the privilege to work with him.

 

His time as an Independent director of Symphony was characterized by a deep
sense of duty, integrity, and a propensity for service that extended beyond
the confines of our boardroom. It was not just his professional contributions
that made him stand out; Rajiv was well known for his kindness, generosity,
and an innate ability to make everyone feel valued. He was always available to
lend an ear, offer advice, or assist in any way possible, fostering a culture
of inclusivity and mutual respect.

 

As Chairman of our Audit Committee, Rajiv played a pivotal role in ensuring
our company's financial health and stability. His sharp eye for detail,
rigorous standards, and thoroughness were key elements in the success and
growth of our organization. His leadership, insight, and stewardship will be
greatly missed.
